Dear All,
I'll be mostly away from my desk now for the Winter Feasts. I'll emerge, blinking, probably a few days after the twelve days of Christmas. I wish you all joy, mirth and awe.
Naturally, I'll sign out by commending my new book The Messianic Commons, just now published on SCM. Many thanks to everyone who's bought it and all the people sending notes as they read. I'll quite likely open up some learning spaces on some of the book’s themes next year.
Chants in Koine Greek will be continuing for paid subscribers at the start of each month.
I'm still only halfway through my series on Ritual of Exit. Having written on the Ritual of Uncitizenship, I'll be exploring the Ritual of Solidarity next.
I've also been commissioned by Passio to write a slow research project called Ulterior Lives, on the emerging interest in Rules of Life and Monastic Orders across various layers of the cultural and political conversation these days. If that sounds of interest you can find out more here.
Blessings, Mirth and Wonder to you all,
Χαρις και ειρηνη
